What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date unopened and unused. For further detail on our return/refund policy, please visit our Terms & Service and Refunds pages.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that also details the shipping carrier. For smaller orders, we most often use USPS Priority Mail, while for larger orders we often use UPS or Fedex Ground services. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Daily Driven Supply Co. prides itself on quick order processing and shipping, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or through the contact page above. We'll do our best to accommodate your request!

Do you offer detailing services?

While the founders of our company previously professionally detailed, Daily Driven Supply Co is solely focused on providing the highest quality detailing products on the market to our customers. So to answer, no, we do not currently offer detailing services. However, all products in our store are personally tested by the founders of Daily Driven Supply Co that possess a combined 12+ years of professional detailing experience.

What brands do you carry?

We carry the top brands in the detail industry! As mentioned above, all products that we have in store have all been tested and proven by our founders. See a full list of brands by navigating to the "All Products" section, and filter by brand!

Where can we find product details?

All details and materials within the products can be found in the "Product Description" dropdown on each product page. The product descriptions will include specifications of each product and an input from us with tips, favorite uses, or general comments about the product!

Also, check out our blogs for further information and our personal experiences with each product! We usually post 2-3 blogs a week highlighting all sorts of products we carry in store!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and more! See all options at checkout.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, we offer installment payment options on all pruchases with services such as Afterpay, Shop Pay, and others. Please select the applicable option at checkout or contact us for more information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

4. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

In general, we begin processing your order within 1 business day of it being placed online. As long as the products/order size permit, we do our best to ship every single order via USPS Priority Mail to get your detail products to you safely and quickly. However, for bigger orders or larger items, we ship via UPS or Fedex ground services. All products ship out of our warehouse location in Las Vegas, NV.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost will depend on the size, weight, and total cost of your order. All orders over $330 qualify for free shipping! Load up on quality detail products in bulk while you can from Daily Driven Supply Co!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, as stated above we do offer free shipping on all order over $330 total order value. Be sure to pick up your detail products in bulk!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes! Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.
